EFT Problem

Good day.<br> Four days ago I EFT R30 into my Box Office account. I waited the 48 hours which was said it could take. This is not the first time I EFT money into my account and within a few hours it was available. So yesterday I contacted Box office via Facebook and email my proof of payment to the account department. I am still waiting, all they are saying is they are trying to allocate my payment. So I just tried to top up the account with a credit card, payment was successful and there is still nothing in my Box Office account..<br> <br> Not happy about this
