****ed off (former)subscriber

I've been paying my monthly subscription with dstv using debit order. All of a sudden at the end of September they debit R2898.16 from my account with no explanation. I called them on Monday,30 September 2019 to enquire about this amount after 16 minutes on the line with their agent i was promised that the issue was escalated to the accounting department and i would get the issue resolved within 24hrs. The 24 hrs came and went without any feedback. I called them back on the 02 October 2019 and i finally managed to get through to their agent. The agent told me she's looking to see what happened and I had to hang up after waiting for a response for more then 28 minutes on the line. They didnt even bother to call me to update me or anything
