I am so disappointed and disgusted in the service I got from DSTV. Since I got the pricelog for R549 and extra view for R49 compact package I've had endless drama with them. The first month they debited me with R989 almost double of what they suppose to debit, I phoned in and they told me that it was pro rata for the month I left it.....second month they debited R786 told me *** about the extra view that was not debited and they included it in the second payment blah blah blah. stupid fool I left it......third month R598 for 4months they debited what they were suppose to R598. SEPTEMBER MONTH R690 stupid phoned in again they told me apologies ma'm our "PRICELOG" CLIENTS were debited incorrectly due to the price increase the discounts were not calculated in the price that's the reason for the over payments your account will be in credit with the amount of R98 and it will be resolved on their side which was not the case OCTOBER an amount of R736 again the consultant I spoke to SANDILE SAID AND I QUOTE Mrs ABRAHAMS you can make a cash payment of R510 your account is in credit with R98 and it will add up to the amount of R598 which will be for the montly Payment then all will be sorted. issit hoe lyk sorted My ****ing account was deactivated coz now I owe an amount of R25 does that make sense at all I phoned yesterday and you *********** consultants could not help me instead kept me on hold for ****ing 25min is that normal DSTV IS QUICK TO ADVERTISE THEY PRODUCTS BUT HAVE SUCH BAD SERVICE MY ACCOUNT IS STILL INACTIVE FOR A R25 BUT THE ACCOUNT IS IN CREDIT. Im still waiting for a supervisor to call me back hence my query was logged yesterday I phoned today again on hold for 15min no response I WANT MY ACCOUNT SORTED AND MY PVR ACTIVATED I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER YOU CANT JUST DEBIT PEOPLES ACCOUNTS HOW U WANT AND PLEASES BUT ITS A CONTRACT FOR R598 THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE ITS CALLED ***** UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDERS.....IM VERY UNHAPPY AND ****ED ABOUT THIS **** DSTV MULTI CHOICE AND SUPPOSE TO BE A PLEASURE TO HAVE IT BUT ITS A ****ING NIGHTMARE TO HAVE I WILL REVERSE EVERY PAYMENT IF THIS IS NOT SORTED THEN U CAN KISS MY COLOURED ASS
