****ed off client, useless company

On the 14th December I app**** for your extended black Friday deal which includes a DSTV explorer ultra decoder, installation and access fee for additional viewing all inclusive for R499 per month.

First the decoder was sent to the incorrect installer more than 25 kms away, the decoder then had to be sent back and resent to another installer closer.

Today the installers came around, however with the incorrect decoder, this ****es me off as it is not the installers fault but DSTV's incompetence, it is now wxactly a month that I am waiting for my product to be delivered and installed and yet you still provide the incorrect decoder.

Who is in charge of the department that handles this? surely this person needs to be fired as they are completely useless.

The only reason I signed up for this package is because the DSTV Explorer Ultra decoder was included, but then YOU dont even send the proper decoder.

The installer just left with all hardware, DSTV you are causing loss to your accredited installers and grief to your clients, get your ****ing **** sorted out. I expect my complaint to be resolved and my decoder to be delivered by end of next week for the latest or cancel my entire package with your company
