**** service, I had called them to downgrade my services and that was not done then they cancelled my services and they are expecting me to pay the reconnection fee meanwhile is their fault. First guy that I spoke to was Wandile Klaas and he did not do what he was expected to do AND EVEN WROTE THE WRONG COMMENT ON OUR CALL, thanks to the recordings. Then I phoned I spoke to Noxolo Nzuza who was so ****en rude then I was transferred to Nombuso Ngcobo who said she is the supervisor and clearly knows nothing and she doesn't have solution for customer. She couldn't even give me terms and conditions that she was telling me about, she even let me hold the phone for an hour and still not helped. DSTV is sh*t.
