****ED OFF BY A DISGUSTING SERVICE

I am so furious with this company, after fighting to get price lock decoder for months and ended up cancelling the application before they do not keep promises. They seem like they do not know what they are doing or they don`t care about customers... I now get balance of a decoder on my account that i did not get. This is pathetic, worst company i have dealt with in my life. How do you charge a customer for something they did not receive. I am sick and tired that of Price Lock department. I do not want hear this name in my life and will not recommend anyone to use price lock. They have left bad taste in my mouth...……………………………………………….
