Good day

I am a loyal dstv customer for many years,I also added the dst internet. My problem is that ,every month I must pay the dstv compact and the dstv wifi. The dst compact cost R500 Dstv internet co R399

But last month I payed R1400 which is too much for me ,

I den saw an advert for dstv saying if you have dstv and internet u pay R600, I den called dstv to inquire about that deal . They told me that I took the dstv and the internet package separately so firstly i must start and cancel the internet, I den requested dstv to cancel for me, the told me I must pay R1700 for cancelation fee.which am not happy about and told them.

They say they cannot add the internet and dstv but to my surprise last month I payed the dstv only to my surprise, the dstv didn't play i den payed for the internet , den dats were dstv was playing, but dstv tells me that I took the two packages separately dstv cannot combine it , but the same dstv combine the money of two separate packages. Am not happy if this problem is not resolved I will stop paying dstv dis coming month.
