I called DSTV and requested a price lock package of compact with explorer, they told me it’s going to be R699 including everything plus installation. On 2024/08/01 the decor was delivered with a dish fine, I called the installer as directed by them and the number of the installer I got it from them, the installer told me she moved to another area. I then called DSTV on 2024/08/02 letting them know that the installer they gave me is no longer staying closer to my address. I was given another number of the installer to call, when I call him he told me he is not doing vouchers, I then tried calling DSTV with no luck. Now I want to pay the normal DSTV that I was using all along to my surprise the balance is R1150 when I break it down R265 it’s for Access and the remaining R800 and something it’s for compact. My 1st question is when did Access increased to R265 and my 2nd Question is why I am now paying for service that is not yet rendered and I am sent from pillar to post for my DSTV to be installed. DSTV can I send back your decoder and let me continue there way I was doing if not closing this DSTV ******* because now I am the one who must suffer calling you about the installer and I am using my money to do that.
