****ed and annoyed

Hello Dstv team...guys I'm sooooo ****ed Again... my balance was R900 something and I downgraded to dstv family compact...the lady calculated everything I owe it went to R600 I paid but the balance is still 700 something how come? This is soooo disappointing especially from a very big company mmm*** u will lose clients bit by bit cos almost everyone is complaining
