I'm so tired of Dstv!!! Last month in February I was in chats with Bridgette one of the consultants and told her that I want them to move the payment date to the last day of the month. Come the 25th of March my services are canceled 😡😡then I went on chats again and spoke to Chuma and explained to her that last month I told Bridgette to change payment date to the last day of the month.. Fine they opened my dstv. Now today on the 29th of March I woke up to my services being canceled again and I was on chats with kele and explained my situation and she told me about their system being down🙄🙄 she couldn't help not even offer to come back to me once their system is up???? I'm sitting here with my kids watching channel 100 because if stupid silly service from dstv!!!! I wanted to pay today but couldn't because there is no Fu*** way I'm gonna pay an extra amount when I did say I wanna pay end of each month
