Eastenders on DSTC (Multichoice)

I have DSTV premium for which I do pay a 'premium' for but I am extremely unhappy with DSTV. Eastenders is one of the main reasons I pay for DSTV premium. Although I don't particularly mind that 4 episodes of Eastenders were moved to a Saturday slot , In this regard, I quote parts of Martin's review about Eastenders on BBC Brit, DSTV as follows:

In the past last three weeks and without any warning or notification, the Saturday episodes have been cut down to two and with South Africa already a month behind the British airings. There was no communication from either DSTV or BBC Brit on the reasons for this change.

Eastenders has a huge following in SA and this just seems like yet another "couldn't give a damn about our subscribers" attitude.

As it is, DSTV now only seems to do any communication via WhatsApp which has generic responses and their social media pages are completely unresponsive (in fact DSTV no longer uses X/Twitter even though their profile is still there). THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY POSTS ON X.

I am quite certain that DSTV will (as they always do) pass the buck on this saying that they don't have control over BBC Brit content but they should be keeping subscribers informed.
