E48-32 Error Unresolved after a week
I contact DSTV on Wednesday, 25 July 2018 to report my E48-32 error on my Explora 1 decoder. I was advised by the call centre agent that this was due to a software update that DSTV did which impacts the Explora 1 decoders. She said that she escalated this to the Technical Department and it would be resolved in 24 hours. Practically a week and 4 follow up calls later (to which I was advised to phone back in 24 hours and finally advised that it might be resolved at the end of the week) I am still without DSTV.
Please can this error be resolved? It has been escalated 4 times now - please attend to this. And please do not advise me to bring my decoder in to be tested or to reboot my decoder which I have done....multiple times. It worked perfectly until the software upgrade.
How will you compensate your customers for the inconvenience caused by yourselves?
I look forward to a reply.
