E48-32

I have had this E48-32 error (there is no signal due to bad weather or a faulty connection in installation) message appearing on my screen for weeks now. Some channels work perfectly, some give me that message even when the weather is perfectly fine. I have logged a complaint online and I have not received any communication from your side. Please fix this. Or should I rather cancel subscription??? Can't be paying to watch 110 and 111 (with movies that repeat I don't know how many times a week). It's frustrating, to say the least!
