I bought an hd decoder recently when watching another channel and when you change it gives notification there is no signal.this may be bad weather or a faulty connection in the installation .The weather is fine it can't be signal because have been watching other channels and it takes about 3 mins it clears guys we pay every month the subscription is too high for bad service like this no guys its unacceptable.<br> <br> Please fix it when I try to call the call centre number doesn't go through.
