E16-4 error code
Another day has passed and still have the same problem... How is it possible to have your walker working and then all of a sudden is disconnected on their end. Payment has been up to date, good knows how much money has been spent on my cell phone account being put on hold for an average of 20 minutes per call! I have given them account information and confirmation numerous times. Supervisors always seem to be busy! Please get your house in order.
