E107-4 Error

I purchased a DSTV decoder with installation voucher from Game, Somerset Mall on Saturday 2015/09/05. After struggling for 3days to get in installed i was eventually helped by a very helpful installer on Tuesday 2015/09/08. When trying to activate the service to the decoder he was told that the case would be escalated and would get feedback in 2hours. I have since yesterday also contacted Multi-choice 5 times to try and activate my service with NO luck, every time im just told that they would respond in 2 hours. Its now 24 hours later after I already struggled 3 days to get the dish installed. The only advice they could give me was, to \Wait till its on"or replace the decoder. WHY do i have to pay R700 odd rand per month or my service gets cut"
