E102-29 error

For the past 3 months I have been calling DSTV to clear an error E102-29, I was told by Veronica I need to reconnect my PVR so the error will go away , told her that is madnes, then she told me I must reset as in factory reset my DSTV, i was on hold with her for +/-15min after that was done, guess what I got the same error message. I then spoke to Dudu, she said she has cleared the error as I was talking to her she went silent on me till I hang up.as I was telling her this error just pop up on the screen while I am watching a program and thats annoying, she kept on telling me I am pressing a remote which i was not. Can someone clear the error as I am not enjoying watching TV at all.

Hope that is not difficult to clear a simple error.

I dont want it to pop up at all.
