E102-29 AGAIN!!!!!!!!

i am so tired of you guys honestly!!!and i can assure you that this is definitely my last month with you guys. Every month there is always an issue it comes to dealing with you guys and even the simplest of issues turns into a nightmare!!!! on my previous review i mentioned i had an E102-29 ERROR and was not able to access the catch up option. On the 4th i saw a number of missed calls late in the evening, which i assumed where from you , because all of sudden i could catch up. Fast forward, 2 days ago i received a call from one of your call center agents , asking if i had paid the outstanding amount that was due from the previous month, to which i responded saying , you guys should be able to see that on your system. today i received an sms saying i need to pay R130 that's outstanding(bizarre because there is nothing outstanding) and that my services have been suspended. my services are still active, but suddenly the E102-29 error is back again. this is exhausting, i know R550 is not much to you guys, but to me it is a lot and its time i take it and use it somewhere i will get peace of mind. in the mean time i would like you guys to rectify this error as i have paid.
