Dysfunctional DSTV Billing

I was cut off from viewing because I had accrued some supposed outstanding balance. I do not receive monthly bills and when I requested a detailed breakdown to find out what these additional fees where I firstly received random bills and was then told to phone a number. At this point I have yet to see what these additional amounts are for and where they arose
