Dvb-h signal in Roodepoort

I have complained since the 20 June that the dvb-h mobile signal is non existent in the Horizon View, Roodepoort area and have been told nothing as what the problem is I have been to the agency on Ondekkers Street 4ltimes and they are also clueless as they have an average of 5 clients coming in with the same problem daily all they can say is that the problem has been escalated and they don't have any feedback either as to what is going on. Can we please get feed back as what is happening.
