I have the worst experience with this provider this past month, firstly I was billed R908.00 instead of R809.00 for DSTV Premium. Then when calling in I was told it was for ShowMax which I was not using but because I had registered and not cancelled when switching to Compact Plus I was still being charged R99.00 INSTEAD of R49.00. This I understand but I still need to be credited or refunded R50.00. Then there is also the balance which is reflecting on my online balance of R1109.00, how the hell is this possilble. They have the most unreliable billing system, there constantly errors. Lastly there is there WORLD CLASS **** CONTACT CENTER. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
