Dual view SD PVR Insurace that is not being honoured and 30 minutes service/viewing interruptions

I have insured my SD dual view PVR decoder for years till current. It is insured against theft and break downs. My decoder restarts every 30 minutes and I cannot enjoy watching tv. At this time Multichoice is the cause of the breakdown. They currently charge insurance and claim that the product has reached end of cycle. I have complained to the call centre and spoken to different individuals. They staff says that I insured a decoder and not the facility. This is a lie, as the premium was according to the decoder. Why would a single decoder be a replacement for a dual view recording environment.

I do not understand why the Short Term Ombudsman and ICASA have no say with what Mutichoice subject its customers to. This is White Monopoly Capital State Capture In Action. There are many sites including MyBroadband that have written extensively about the Dual View SD PVR poor service problems and Mutichoice that does not want to honour thier insurance contract. Why would a single decoder be a replacement for a dual view recording decoder environment.

This my second complain about Multichoice on the same issue. My service goes down daily at short intervals. It is going for the second month that I am awaiting a straight forward business decision. I am paying for my PVR insurance for years and the money is deducted till today from my bank account. Mutichoice makes me pay insurance on the equipment they have made redundant. Why don't you replace the equipment that insurance is being paid for as my service is compromised. Where is the "Short term Insurance Ombudsman" Is he protecting white monopoly capital. Why is ICASA not dealing with DSTV when they have so many complains. Both government divisions are looking the other way. DSTV have become law unto themselves. I am intending to go to the newspapers about this state capture matter.
