Dual View Decoder
I can not believe that it is impossible for DSTV to activate a dual view decoder on another persons name. They want it back and will give you R550 discount on explora, that is not dual view capable, so you must buy two decoders if you want dual view, you cannot sell it only trade it in.Great if DSTv want do swap a dual view for no extra cost, since its dual view babe give me two explora's to achive the same as it was on dual view. I hope that the internet get faster and companies providing context is in SA aswell, the the GREADY DSTV get a reality check, not fair to clients that have been with them for 15 years. Thanks for nothing DSTV go netflix.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced in this regard.
There are certain older model decoders that MultiChoice can't repair. Some older decoders can't cope with the growing number of DStv services on offer, even though they were able to many years ago.
We will also not be able to continue to support the software on these decoders. Your decoder may experience missing channels, an incomplete TV guide or even freeze-ups as a result of this.
