DTSV/MULTICHOICE WIFI IS THE WORST!
I have received the worst service from DSTV/ Multichoice. I made a payment for my monthly Wi-Fi/data subscription and nearly a month later my data hasn't been allocated yet. They keep giving me the run-around. I make calls every single day. They have subsequently BLOCKED ME FROM SENDING EMAILS! They have the laziest staff, who are so *********** and none of them is able to tell me why my data isn't allocated, yet they confirm they are able to see the payment I made. Do not ever subscribe to wifi from DSTV! It's the worst mistake i have ever made!
