DTSV Xplora Package for 799 pm

To Whom It May Concern,<br> <br> I was contacted by DSTV On Air on the 16th of January 2015 to find out if I am interested in the DSTV Xplora 799 pm package. I accepted the package and provided my banking details as required seeing that the package is only available on debit order etc.<br> <br> I was told that delivery is 5 working days from confirmation. So as stated above confirmation date was 16 January however to date I have not yet received anything. Apparently On The Dot is the courier to be used for these deliveries but each time I speak to them I am told there is no order for my customer no. (Ref No)<br> However when it got to 2 February the debit order went off my account successfully.<br> <br> I have contacted multiple contact no's for On The Dot, DSTV On Air as well as MultiChoice but no joy. Based on my discussion with a DSTV On Air consultant today I was told that they do not handle the 799 packages but I need to contact multichoice directly.<br> <br> I then spoke to a multichoice consultant today who advised that he cannot help me and does not know what I can do to resolve this matter which is quite frustrating as I have probably spent 100's of rands on airtime with no success. <br> <br>
