DTSV Walka

Terrible service from Multichoice as usual. I tried two weeks ago to turn on my Walka (which I paid for) to watch the cricket between SA ans Srilanka at work, only to find out that it wasn't working. I took it into Multichoice N1 City, only to be told that they have discontinued the service. I asked why, as I had bought the Walka with my own money and now it is useless - they said that they would email me a R500 Takealot voucher. I asked again why they discontinued the service, as they want people to use their DSTV Now app. That's all good, but it will COST ME MONEY!!!! It's MY effin Data - is DSTV going to give me 10Gb of data free each month so that I can watch DSTV Now? It's been two weeks, so I phoned now, as I had still received NO voucher, only to be told that it only app**** to customers who had insurance on their Walkas and I did not. THAT IS NOT WHAT THEY TOLD ME AT N1 City!!! They said I WOULD get a R500 voucher because they cancelled the Walka service and now I can't use my device that I paid for. Such BS - no wonder DSTV are losing so many customers. I might just cancel my subscription too now!!! Already have Netflix anyhow.
