Dtsv stole my money!!!

Dstv took money from my account without my authorization. They took R2000+ when they were supposed to only take R750.

Upon reaching out to them I was told that it's because I canceled my price lock contract, of which I didn't. To this day I'm still waiting for them to not only share the call recordings whereby I requested the cancelation, but I'm also still waiting for my money to be refunded.

I've spoken to 4 different agents all saying the same thing "I've escalated your query". I've had it with Multichoice, how dare you take money from my account without my consent, you are not only in breach of contract, but you're committing a crime.

Why do I have to be the one to chase after you when you're the one that owes me, I've been more than patient and now I've had it.

I want my money!!!
