DTSV PRICELOCK SYSTEM

I ma on a pricelock contract with DSTV with a monthly installment of R749. Suddenly in September they deducted R999 from my account and the bill for October is R899.

This is total breach of contract. I am on a debit order with them and never from 2004 defaulted on any payment.

The problem is that for the last 8 working days I have called them numerous times to just rectify the problem. They escalate the problem to PriceLock every time and tell me I will receive a callback in 5 minutes. This has not happened to date and I called them round 20+ times.

I am going to stop the debit order - if they don't honor a contract, neither will I.

They just don't seem to care
