DTSV Now overseas

DTSV NOW Online service for users that travel abroad.

Why is DSTV blocking online service based on IP address. I work abroad a lot and would like to access my DSTV service while away. I pay for a full premium package but are not getting full service for my money. It is crazy that I pay massive premium and can't even basic service because some over zealous IT Security dude felt like blocking everything, Why don't you allow to open these services to people like me that still want to access DSTV away from home.? An you an base on it user accounts, otherwise you need to fire you firewall admin.
