DTSV MUST GO! I WILL TELL EVERYBODY TO NEVER GET THIS PRICELOCK

So this morning i look at my account and saw that Multi choice debited my account with R2200. i called in and a lady told me because i didn't pay my DSTV last month- here's my problem with that. Nobody called me last month to say that a debit order bounced and also i couldn't understand why it would have because i just got paid why would i have insufficient funds. so i get a statement and saw that in fact it did come backs. so i called the bank and asked what happened and they confirmed the debit order was returned by multi choice- they have no idea why because there was sufficient funds. DSTV HAS NEVER LET ME WATCH TV WITHOUT PAYING MY ACCOUNT- WHICH MEANS THIS WAS A MESS UP ON THEIR SIDE AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!!! i want to know how are they rectifying their mistakes why must i pay for their *****ups !!!! they have been messing up my account since the first debit order. and i know what happened with this debit order. the stupid consulted returned the debit order because they deducted more than what they should have and she didnt know how to fix it so she returned the debit order. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS OR ALLOW ANY OF MY PEOPLE TO TAKE THIS PRICELOCK WITH DSTV
