Dstv...what a shame it has come to this...

Dstv should stop acting as if they dont need us as customers. Today there are alot of other platforms to view the channels they offer. I could not even get a simple service as an upgrade done. I have wifi and are considering canceling my dstv all together because of the service. I am disgusted by their attitude as a company. I wanted to upgrade but unfortunately i will cancel my subscription all together. I will rather get netflix, bbc sport subscription and still pay less. Because i am proudly south african i always support local first. But sadly they give me no choice...i missed the ucl final a couple of months ago with the same problem. I think we all deserve a little better from them as a company. At the end of the day it is us as customers who enable them to do business.
