DSTV's shoddy but expensive service.

As of today DSTV have removed 3 channels from Compact package and without warning. The channels are ACTION, STAR and ZONE, all 'movie' channels. Due to their 'cutbacks' it is now impossible to speak to a real person. I, like others pay in advance monthly, so the stop order has gone through, and I can only downgrade from next month. One used to be able to do it instantly but now they hold onto your money for a month while you watch the 'new kiddies program' that you didn't opt for. In my eyes this amounts to theft. I pay for certain channels and expect to receive them. This is the second time recently that this has happened. People are obviously sick of DSTV and going for Netflix etc so DSTV gives less but still wants the same money. Like Eskom, use less but pay more-story of our lives in SA.
