DSTV'S SERVICE IS THE WORST EVER
DSTV'S SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Even with a reference number their agents on the Live chat refuses to use it and insists that the whole process is started everytime. It has now been weeks and my issue has not been resolved and their IT dept NEVER contacts me.
Unfortunately for you, I have the thread as proof of your incompetence and TOTAL disregard for your customers.
IT HAS BEEN 13 DAYS WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE FROM YOUR IT TEAM OR WHOMEVER IS SUPPOSED TO CONTACT ME. YOU ARE A DISGRACE AND PATHETIC
