DSTV's Live Chat sucks

I was trying to register my profile and ran into problems. There is no way of actually talking to a live person to resolve the problems. One has to use a "Live Chat", where one has to type everything and there are mostly misunderstandings. A total waste of time. Now I understand why people are closing their DSTV accounts
