Dstv’s **** investigation and Ponzi scheme

Till today 2 weeks later, going for 3 weeks Dstv is still doing an investigation to find out who changed my package from compact to premium. Is it really that hard to find that out???? These fools are so annoying. I received an email on Friday that I must wait another week for them to find out how it changed. If all this was above board then it wouldn’t take them this long to find out the truth. Oh and the money I owe them fluctuates all the time, proving that it was a **** in the first place. Just another way to make money. Mind you I already paid for this month, but I’m disconnected. What happens when they find out that it is their fault?? Will they bring back the days I lost 😡!!!!!!
