Dstvs holding clients ransom

Called on the 18th of May to cancel my subscription.was confirmed by the agent.. Called on thw 25th May to confirm if all in order and to query about my refund.. I was told that all is in order my subscription has been cancelled and no debit will go off my bank account..no refund will ne processed as it is my problem that i canceled the subscription.... To top it all off i have been debited again for my subscription(25th May)... Agent says my account is still active.. I need my refund of the amount debited and my refund from the 18th of May
