Dstvs false promises to attain sales

I took out the pricelock plan with dstv, the sales consultant during my questioning of the benefits of this plan assured me that the package includes extra view and the installation of it is included in the free installation. I agreed to the plan, however when the installers came to install and setup my package, they informed me that their service does not include extra view. I then called in to dstv and logged a query, to which i was informed that within 24 to 48 hours dstv would contact me to resolve the matter. After multiple calls and email to dstv, it is now more than 1 and a half months and i still have not recieved any feedback. The installers also explained to me that they have had multiple complaints by clients regarding the exact same issue. Now i am considering cancelling my contract as the sales person **********ly sold me a service and dstv is not interested in sorting out this matter.
