DSTV's **** process - zero customer service

I just received a phone call from a collections team or Multichoice on an outstanding amount of R450 that according to them I owe them.

I have not had DSTV for almost 3/4 years, I dont even had a decoder or card. Dont get any statements and dont have any information regarding this.

When I asked the lady from which period this is, she cant tell me. She has no information available on this and just tells me I owe DSTV.

This is absolutely poor service. How can I be owing a company money, which I dont even subscribe to and also dont even have a statement or information from.

Please explain this to me?? And how do you not enable the collectors or team working with this to have any information to be able to assist.
