DSTV'S CHARGES RE-CONNECT FEE FOR THEIR MISTAKES, MONEY MAKING SCHEME?

I am a customer of DStv (Multi Choise) for a very long time and never skipped a payment or paid late. I was on debtit order and then they took 7 repeat payments of my bank account 2 months in a row. They corrected their mistake after of a lot of fighting, calls and emails, Then I changed to schedule payments which I activate monthly on my bank account...note that pay them normally a day or two before the due date all went well for over a year. The latest scheme to may money now is to cut my dstv off although paid, Re-connect it after lots of calls and emails andproof of payments was send to them...…...NOW in after 3 days: - THEY THREATEN ME TO CUT MY DSTV OF AGAIN BECAUSE I MUST PAY R50.00 RE-CONNECT FEE....I am not responsible for the their incapacity to do their jobs properly, their mistake. NOT MY MISTAKE THEIR MISTAKE,,,, SO IS THIS NOW HOW THEY WANT TO MAKE MONEY?????
