DSTV's Bad service ThAt we pay FOR

They are reaping us off. Every time I don't pay my dstv they cut it of YES is their right but when they cut us off after paying that's **************** . Last month I was forced to pay R774 on the 26 December 2018 which I didn't mind paying now on the 31/12/2019 my channels are blocked am told I should pay R354 extras mind u my monthly premium is R 536 I watch dstv compact so now am made to pay premiums that I don't know when I ask am given lame explanation by a consultant who dsnt even know his story
