DSTV's ***** Accounts Department
My DSTV debit order went through on October 5, 2024 - on November 7, 2024 DSTV wanted to deduct a double premium because of my outstanding payment from October 5 - my payment shows on my bank statement and even on DSTV's statement, but oh dear try to explain that to their accounts department - it is a lost case - the short of it, I have unsubscribed from DSTV - no more worries for me...
