DSTv/Pep stores Carlton centre

Very angry and dissapointed with multi voice and Pep stores. They sold me package of R799 on the 1st Nov 2019. Now the installer Dstv pep are giving me headache no 1 wants to assist me with connections! DSTv says I am owing them 271.00 I am not sure how I owe them whn i just bought this headache of Dstv. I feel I was mislead. And was ****** by all 3 service! Now I have to use money calling them every hour. And every time I call the installer he will says I will get bck to you he will never Do! When I call Dstv they will say it's not their problem. I call Pep they say it's not their problem! I guess it's my problem then! I sold my self this package tht i can not watch even today!!!!
