DSTV/PayU disgust

i have been having issues trying to Trace a DSTV payment through the PayU option on self help. for some reason, even after sending multiple people multiple proof of payments, they still cannot trace my payement of R722.39. the customer care agents at DSTV actually dont care, so im not sure why they are called customer care agents, i have spoken with multiple people at the call centre, who all promise and never deliver, most dissapointing. i now have no viewing, and refuse to pay again, as i have sent proof of payment and no one is doing anything...
