On Thursday 30/05/2019 I get a call from dstv saying my decoders warranty is finished and they can offer me insurance, I decline there offer and 2 days later 01/06/2019 my HD decoder stops working, just flashes lights and that's it. I take the decoder in to multichoice and guess what I need a new decoder. To hell with DStv and the same **** they play over and over. I Immediately cancel my subscription. I strongly believe that they did something to the software when I said I don't want insurance.
