Dstv/Multichoise is not fair

Dstv/Multichoise is not fair. They are charging me R50 extra. when i ask they say it is because i short paid account with R3.39 last month. My question is, if i short paid why did they reconnect me.....? Now i'm going to pay R50 because of R3.39.....?

Why didnt they leave me disconnected....?
