DSTV/MultiChoicr - Hacked Account

DSTV/MultiChoice are a bunch of *******; they hide behinf the call center operatives. Try spraking to anyone of authority and you'll end u pulling your hair out (presuming that you have any).

The solution to any problem is simple ...just pay up for their F@##-ups and the preoblem wil go away for a few weeks. Their systems are HACKED, you information is not safe. And you can stand on your head, request to have your issue esculated to the ***** department ......NO! just deal with the studges in the call cenrers, on WhatsApp and email while the CEO lives it up in Dubai earning tens of millions of Rands a year of yout hard earned bucks.

Is "HELLO PETER" doing any thing to highlight this disgraceful conduct? Make people aware to check their monthly debit orders.

The last time I signed a new contracr (2 months ago) in orded to get away from the ***** being perpurtrated on my account I requested that they use the DEBI CHEQUE debit order systen that requires you to authorize any changes in the monthly debit order before they are processed. Guess what .... they don't use that system and now ask your self why not. The answer is simple, they would have thousands of debit orders rejrcted every month (that would be very inconveint for them. HAS ANYONE OUT THERE FOUND A PERMINENT SOLUTION TO THIS *****ULENT (HACKING) OF YOUR ACCOUNT.

Brian

Thank you for your response so far. I apologise if I sound ANGRY, but I have reached a point beyond frustration dealing with Call Center operatives. NOT to mention my time and money that it has cost me dealing with Call Centers that clearly are instructed to "FOB-OFF" the customer.
