DStv(MultiChoice) very rude. Lost a client as from today
Just received a phone call from DStv( MultiChoice) regarding the decoder insurance that they wanted me to renew. I declined the offer, for the simple matter that the salesman or agent, or what you want to call him, has no telephone skills, nor any manners over the phone, and I must say, all calls are recorded...bla-bla-bla. My work environment is a bit noisy, and I had to ask him to repeat from where he is calling, and just there, is where it started. The caller raised his voice in a agitated manner, and then I was not interested in his product anymore, and I told him no thanks I don't want it, although it only cost R20 per month, that is one R20 DStv WIIL NOT GET OUT OF ME!!! Purely because of a rude arrogant salesman. He said but you didn't hear the good news, and you don't want the policy, so I said " You know what? I'm going to stop my DStv. Next moment I herd a loud thump, and pooooooooop. He threw the phone down in my ear while I was still talking. Really? Well, he let me knew very clearly that all calls are recorded. I hope his superiors will listen to the phone call, and act on his rudeness with a client, no wonder things is going like it is in these difficult times, because of people like the person that phoned me as a DStv Client. Maybe DStv is not struggling like the rest of us, so I'm not interested in going on with DStv anymore.....they make enough money by the looks of things, they chase clients away, and this client is gone. Feel free to call me, you have my number. In Fact.... I want the guy that threw the phone down in my ear to call me, calls are recorded, so I have something to say to this person with no manners.
