DSTV/Multichoice sucks!

Well the Winter Olympics is already one week in and you bunch have done absolutely nothing about all the messages your loyal clients have taken the time to write which clearly shows you don't care less about us. Do you not have any conscience and is no one designated to at least apologize on this portal to all of us, like most other companies? Surely you can liaise with your French buddies Canal+ to inform them about all the disillusioned customers!!!!!
