DSTV/MULTICHOICE SHOCKING EXPERIENCE

I put one star for DSTV but in honesty it should be 0. Did anyone tried to get refund from DSTV/MultiChoice? Shocking experience that I am battling for 3 months. Every time I made a call there are different operators behind customer care phone and they promise to sort out my refund. However DSTV have only one door for ENTRY in regards to collect money without door for EXIT. Never ever I came across such ATROCIOUS experience with any company in South Africa.
