DSTV/Multichoice service suspended three months in a row despite being paid two months in advance!

My account has been in credit by mostly two months in advance for the past two years. The last three months however, the service has been suspended because "the account has not been paid." Despite sending Multichoice a spreadsheet of balances and payments from January 2017 to 2018, showing a credit of more than two months subscription, the only response I received after a delay of four days, is "Kindly please provide us with your payment, there is no payment attached to this case." Even though I have done their work for them, they do not even have the decency to check my account!

Your reply just seems to pile incompetence upon incompetence. It takes two days to let me know you cannot "trace" my account! Why am I not surprised that you cannot do proper bookkeeping of my payments either?

Dinah, Which part of my complaint do you not understand? I am in credit by more than two months in advance! The service was suspended and I have been charged reconnection fees when my account was in credit.

This is a nonsensical reply. You are not authorised to debit my bank account, so your claim that you debited my account and it came back umpaid is untrue. I pay directly by eft and my account is in credit by more than two months' subscription. Please take the trouble to read the spreadsheet I sent you. You have on three occasions suspended the service and charged reconnection fees, while I have been in credit. I can prove my claim that the account has NOT been in arrears at any stage. I sent you detailed information of payments from January 2017 to 2018, but you have not bothered to read the spreadsheet and reply with ablatant lie.
